Use of Services

You may use Terris only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or lease portal.

Terris provides digital services for single-property rental listings, maintenance requests, service purchases, and tenant communications. Misuse or unauthorized use of these services may result in termination of access.

Account Registration

You must provide complete and accurate information when creating a resident account or submitting an application. You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

By creating an account or submitting forms through Terris, you agree to receive communications related to your residence, application status, or service usage.

All service bookings (e.g., laundry, cleaning) made via Terris are subject to our standard terms of service and billing policy. Cancellations are permitted in accordance with individual service rules.

Resident Data

We do not claim ownership over your personal data. By using Terris you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for purposes related to managing your residency and service requests.

Data is stored securely and used only for relevant administrative or operational needs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or submit false rental or maintenance information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to resident-only tools or staff-only features
• Tamper with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform or its services
• Harass or abuse other tenants or staff through messaging systems

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse Terris. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after 60 days unless required for legal retention.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we’ll notify you via email or through the resident portal. Your continued use of Terris constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terris and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform or interruption of services.
